Housing bubble? Not in Cincinnati.

This recent article by Pat Curry at Bankrate.com rated the Top 10 U.S. cities where the housing market will continue to grow, has peaked, and is on its way down. Enrollment capped at 2 Lakota schools

Due to overcrowding at two Lakota elementary schools, enrollment has been capped as of March 31st at Cherokee and Van Gorden Elementary. Students who enroll after that date will attend other Lakota elementaries. Please be aware of the situation if you are buying, selling or building a home in this area.
